We stayed in a family suite room ...large and comfortable...excellent sleep quality... Essential but excellent breakfast. Staff available for every request. With children it is a bit far from the center, but there is a convenient bus stop in front to be able to use the bus to reach it...

Staff kind and available for every request, hotel comfortable and place ok, so much so that we booked for New Year's Eve as well

Unfortunately a disappointing experience. The owners proved to be rude and unhelpful in meeting our requests, which made the stay unpleasant. Furthermore, the property is quite far from the center and the location did not turn out to be convenient for our needs. Overall, also considering the welcome and the lack of availability, I do not feel like recommending it and would certainly choose another property for a future stay.
