We had already stayed at this property a couple of years ago, and this time we also had a good experience. The rooms are clean and quiet, the staff is kind and helpful. Pets allowed, they had a bed and bowls already set up in the room for us. The bathrooms (we had 2) are a bit old but functional and clean

I checked in for one night, needed to leave my stuff for few hours next day, after check out. They were extremely helpful and as I was leaving very early, fixed me with a breakfast waiting on reception. Also hold my luggage while i went to a long bike in the area. Thank you! Will definitely come back.

Personally, I had a really great time. Professional, helpful, friendly staff. Clean and pleasant spaces. Various brochures and maps available. A large lobby with many tables and a game room create a bright lounge with a view of Livigno and the mountains that makes the hotel very enjoyable. Excellent cuisine and a buffet breakfast with both sweet and savory options with a vast assortment. The chef also looks like George Clooney (his words!). The self-certification counts...). Certainly recommended.
