Simple hotel but with a very friendly welcome. Good bedding. It has air conditioning and a pleasant fan that cools the ambient air. The breakfast is nice and complete. Close to the train station for visiting Milan or Como.

To say the least scandalous the owner entered 3 times a day in the room breakfast really risky cleaning absent or shampoo no towels Room information with times that according to the owner's leaf were not to be taken into account breakfast time 6:30 but until 8 there was no I have no other words to explain the inconvenience for 70€ 😡

Very rude receptionist, little updated .. today 30/01/2026 I was at this property together with my husband from a reservation made yesterday.la girl left us without a room, I state that my husband and I are often on Milan area consequently accommodation in these facilities. He asked us for the papers quietly we gave them My husband living in Switzerland presented the Swiss document but apparently for the hotel administration, it was not a valid document! Saying that for the police it was not valid Because there was no way home! Absurd.!!!!! With all due respect: in front of such ignorance and unprofessional they thanked, greeted ... and after 20 minutes ...... we stayed in another hotel room.
