Rude, incompetent and completely unprofessional staff. I've never had such a bad experience. While we were proceeding with the online payment we were notified by message that the room would no longer be available ON THE SAME DAY OF ARRIVAL. Calls are not answered, they block us on whatsapp. Congratulations on your behavior.

I booked a double room for 2 nights through the App: Booking.com. Payment method by credit card. I could cancel for free within three days of the arrival date, an option that I didn't ask for, it was included in the conditions. They try via PC to block the amount on my card without my knowledge, but they fail because as a precaution I keep it closed to purchases online, they write me invalid card. I call on the phone to ask for explanations, and in a very arrogant way, I am told that they cannot keep the room occupied without blocking the amount. But I chose to pay at the facility. Since when do hotels have to be paid before the overnight stay? It's new to me. In the end I decide to cancel, and the lady was very happy!! So he could earn more by renting the room at full price! Either you work with Booking.com or you don't. People are not treated badly because they book discounted rooms!! I strongly advise against it!! Not very serious!!

Stayed here for 3 nights in December, and this place was picked based on nearest to my employer. To call this a hotel would be wrong. It is more of a 'accommodation for rent' kinda place, with no frills. There were 2 small single beds in the room with mediocre comfort, a small desk area with a dresser. The shower was small and narrow, but overall the bathroom was adequate. The front desk is only staffed during certain hours and when I arrived in the afternoon, had to call someone to let me in. No food allowed in the room. There is a coffee machine in the hallway. (a great cafe is around the corner). The 'hotel' is too far from the city center to walk. Oh and check-out time is 10am. It is a cheap place so don't expect any luxury or services. You will receive complimentary wifi for 1 connection. Ask for more if you need it. You're on your own and won't see any staff until they clean your room. Good for budget travelers.
