The hotel was clean, the rooms were decent, and the poolside area was pleasant, but perhaps due to an agreement with our tour group, breakfast was served to us separately from the general guests and had a smaller variety. The hotel is quite far from the city and there aren't many activities in the surrounding area.

Unfortunately it is not possible to give zero stars, because the stay at this property was a real management nightmare. If you are looking for relaxation, turn offshore. The room seemed to have been undusted in weeks. Chaos in the room: The disorganization of staff is total. Lost orders, dishes that never arrive and an infuriating slowness. When something finally comes to the table, disappointment continues. The fries were cold and soft, mozzarella chilled, a sign of a cuisine that has no control over the timing of release. Ghost management: The icing on the cake? The Director. I tried to ask for a comparison to report the inefficiencies, but the figure was permanently absent or "committed". A captain who abandons ship (disastered) in time of need. A hotel in disarray, where lack of professionalism reigns supreme.

The hotel is pretty beautiful and clean. The room features a minibar and water. There’s also a kettle, tea, and coffee. The beds are just a bit outdated. It’s best to change as soon as possible. The breakfast is truly beautiful and varied.
