Strategically well-located place. Small and simple room, but functional and clean. I always had a new cleaning kit every day. The receptionists were very diligent.

Kamir at the front desk was very helpful and welcoming. The new rooms on the fifth floor are a delight.

The rooms are very comfortable and to find a complimentary bottle of water on arrival is lovely. The staff is extremely helpful and patient. It took two visits to my room to set up the in room safe as I had problems. When I asked where to go for lunch, someone called the restaurant to tell them I was on my way. It felt like visiting people I knew rather than staying in a hotel.
