Best Western Plus Felice Casati

This is a wonderful hotel and we loved our stay! The staff was so nice and helpful, the room was excellent and big (we got upgraded) and very clean, the bed was very comfortable, the hotel was beautiful and well designed. They did that little extra to really make you feel extra comfortable. It's one metro station from the central station and you need to walk a bit to get to the hotel. The stay made our short visit to Milano so much better and we really wished we could stay longer if we could! We surely want to come back to this hotel when possible. The only negative would be that too many people discover this wonderful hotel and we won't get a room because all rooms are occupied, but this hotel really deserves a great review. It was a 5 star hotel for us!

Dear Management Team at Casati 18, I am writing to formally express my extreme disappointment regarding your refusal to offer any flexibility following the cancellation of my upcoming stay. Due to the conflict in the Persian Gulf, our Etihad Airline flight to Abu Dhabi was cancelled, effectively ending our planned trip to Italy. Despite providing a one-month lead time, your team has refused to collaborate, negotiate a partial refund, or offer a future credit voucher. While the airline and several other hotels have provided full or partial refunds (up to 80%) in light of these extraordinary circumstances, Casati 18 has chosen to hide behind a rigid policy with a complete lack of empathy. Your refusal to even discuss a balanced outcome or acknowledge the impact of an unexpected war is unprofessional and treats customers with significant disrespect. It is clear that your management team prioritizes immediate revenue over client well-being and long-term reputation. This is, without question, the poorest service and most inflexible response I have encountered in my years of travel.

The hotel is just beautiful. So clean and recently renovated. Staff were so helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast was so delicious as was the dinner we ate there!! I will stay there again!!
