Lovely hotel, 800m from train station and on a side road so was quieter and felt like in a more residential area. Lovely bar across the road, supermarket and restaurants within metres. hotel staff extremely friendly, room large and clean. Lovely we could store our luggage for free whilst we went to the lakes.

Location was in a run down place in Milan, Italy but overall the stay was alright. Atmosphere at of the location was okay but not my favorite places to stay while on vacationing. The room was very small but the beds was comfortable but the shower was very small but I guess that how Euro showers are compare to USA. Value to the hotel wasnt great as they charge you per person which I found very odd and they also added extra charges which really didnt make my family stay any pleasant to keep adding more to the bill. What can we do as tourist? Really nothing but accept that how it is in Europe. Cleaniess was good and nothing to complain about that overall the staff was fine and stay was average to me and the family.

Nice, very clean room with a modern bathroom and a comfortable bed. The hotel is not located in the city center, but it is well connected (near Centrale Station, about a 10-minute walk to the nearest metro station). Friendly staff and very good breakfast. A fair price for local conditions.
