Crowne Plaza Milan City Hotel

A wonderful hotel and a great stay. Location was fantastic, only a straight 7 minute walk from Milan Central station for trains and airport express busses. Milan metro station is right at the front door of the hotel! Room was lovely, spacious, places to put things and good charging points!!! It did have a nice balcony and sitting out area. The only problem was that it was too stifling hot in Milan to use it 😳. 36 degrees and nearly 60% humidity 🥵. Front desk staff very helpful with queries. We had breakfast every morning and it was great. More than enough to set you up for the day. Special mention here to the breakfast room staff who were beyond excellent. I wish I had noted her name but a young woman with long dark hair was a delight, so helpful and attentive. Maxsym (I think) was possibly the best hotel staff member I have ever seen working a hotel breakfast room (and I have travelled for over 40 years) 🙌. He was on top of EVERYTHING, welcoming guests, organising coffees, replacing empties, clearing tables, everything. He really was something special. Would definitely stay at Milan Crowne Plaza again. 👍

The hotel is well-maintained. The hotel room was ok, but not perfect (air conditioning only worked halfway, the ventilation in the bathroom didn't run), friendly staff, basically clean (although the sanitary facilities in particular were not very well maintained), functionally furnished and appropriate service. Good.

Good lokacion, nice room, nice pool and near metro station (1m). It is near centrale station - only 10 min by walk. Very good hotel and comfortable place to explore Milano.
