Dei Cavalieri Hotel

From the very beginning, the staff of the Hotel Dei Cavalieri were there to help us. First, they were able to get our room ready before check-in time which was awesome. Then, one of our group was staying an extra night and the staff was able to have her room ready when we were checking-out. The room we had was very roomy and comfy. Very pleased with all of the amenities that were offered. The breakfast buffet was amazing! It had so many items to choose from and everything was delicious. The roof top bar was an excellent place to end the day and enjoy the view of this fabulous city. Location is within walking distance to the Duomo. A Metro station is just across the street and can take you wherever you want.

Kristina really does not want to be pleasant and helpful at the reception. She asked us to pay for our breakfasts twice even though we had already paid, and we showed her proof of our payment. Kristina, on the other hand, did not bother to inform us about how to get to the airport by public transport. The air conditioning is very noisy and cannot be set to silent or turned off.

Good location very close to the Duomo, it only has 3 elevators that are not very large, so you often have to wait a long time to go up or down to the room. Additionally, it has a rooftop with a very good atmosphere thanks to a DJ and an excellent view of Milan, although you cannot see the Duomo. Many people who do not stay at the hotel go up and down the elevators, making the waiting time longer. The truth is, it is uncomfortable. The luxury rooms are spacious but have hallways and divisions that only take away living space. I requested a shower without a tub, which I recommend as it is spacious and has very good pressure. The floors in the room are made of very cheap laminate, which detracts from the appearance. The furniture meets the necessary requirements, although it is not luxurious, which does not bother me. The air conditioning is very poor, it is inefficient and outdated, and this is important because you cannot sleep comfortably. The breakfast is excellent, the people at the reception are friendly but very inefficient; I experienced this during check-in and check-out. In summary, my stay was average, but the price/quality ratio is NOT good; I will not stay there on my next visit.
