Hotel Bonola

A few words to review this hotel: simple, fairly clean, air conditioning in the room, and very affordable prices, bar service, very kind staff; very importantly, it is worth highlighting the proximity to the San Leonardo subway stop, and the Merlata Bloom shopping center is about 800 meters away.

Good evening everyone, I want to share with all of you (potential clients of the establishment and its owners) our only night (fortunately) at this hotel. I start by saying that I didn't expect total "luxury" but neither a dump. I want to start with the bathroom; checking the photos, there is already a picture of what I would call a bathroom for the disabled (no bidet, but if you need it, there is a nice handheld shower to wash directly over the toilet!) The SHOWER, clearly for disabled people as it is cut in half (let it be clear, I have nothing against it, in fact, inclusivity is welcome, but paying for a bathroom that looks like a psychiatric hospital from the 70s, no thanks). The toilet paper was obviously used by the previous guest, and the cleanliness was minimal. What can I say... at the reception when I reported everything, they couldn't even respond, probably aware of the squalor of the rooms themselves.

Indecent. Room 41 in particular smells of smoke and mold and is practically on the street, it looks like someone could come in at any moment. Opening the bed I found a dirty pillowcase inside evidently lost while the bed was being changed. Leaving the suitcase on the floor I found the ants around it. There was not even a bar of soap in the bathroom. I asked to be able to change rooms because the air was unhealthy I was denied. All this for 70€ per night a single room booked on booking
