Hotel Da Vinci

Room goods service good atmosphere very nice we are 11 people very happy we are used your table but we did clean also and we are appraising from Patel and Gandhi family say thank you 🙏

We spent two nights in this hotel with our dog and, unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. From the outside, the hotel gives a good impression, but it quickly disappears once in the room. The maintenance clearly leaves something to be desired: the light switch in the restroom works very poorly, the shower is heavily scaled and, what's more, it does not work properly. For a hotel, this type of problem is hardly acceptable. Peace and quiet are not to be found either. The hallways are very noisy and some guests leave their belongings and their clutter in the common areas. Outside, an extremely noisy ventilation system adds yet another nuisance. As for the neighborhood around the hotel, we found it particularly dirty and unpleasant. It is a real shame, because the establishment could have potential. The breakfast is very good and the staff is pleasant and friendly. The garden with the many hares running free is also a nice positive point. Unfortunately, a few pleasant points are not enough to make one forget the lack of maintenance, the noise pollution, and the general condition observed during our stay. In light of our experience, we will not return and we cannot recommend this hotel.

Terrible Experience – Hotel Da Vinci Milan Unfortunately, our stay at Hotel Da Vinci in Milan was a very disappointing experience. My daughter is a travel blogger and we have travelled all around the world. Disappointing thing is developing countries provided more customers service then this hotel. Our bedroom was not cleaned for four days, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. The hotel itself is in serious need of renovation, with various areas feeling tired and outdated. Bathroom has mould and bed and bedbugs. My husband got bit by them and had a terrible rash. The front desk staff were also extremely rude and unhelpful. There seemed to be extra charges for almost everything, yet the level of customer service was very poor. To make matters worse, the hotel phone lines never worked properly, and our room key repeatedly got jammed, causing even more inconvenience. Overall, we expected a much better experience and were very disappointed. The hotel needs significant improvements in both maintenance and customer service. Based on our experience, we would not stay here again.I will advise everyone to stay away. Even our premier inn in the uk is better than this hotel by far. The room phones don’t work for any room service, so if you want to be going up and down the elevator this is the best hotel for it 😬
