Hotel Kennedy

This hotel is a scam, its dirty - we had room with bathroom but shower was unusable, it felt like it was never cleaned and lime scale was build up everywhere. We didnt use it as i am sure Legionella lives there. There was no air con in room, but only one dirty fan. Its smells of cigarettes, balcony was connected with different rooms so for your safety you needed to keep door closed in night causing room becoming sauna. When we arrived downstairs no one opened door for us for 20 minutes and when i called no one picked up phone. When arrived at reception , found beer cans standing on the counter and pizza boxes, on check in we were informed that we need to leave our key when we leaving hotel at reception - which was really red flag for safety for me, when asked why reception informed us they had fire and they need to have keys? Why they dont have master in this case then. It was dodgy, it was the worst place i ever stayed in and I did slept in barn before. We paid around 70 euro for this. ITS MASSIVE SCAM and this place should be closed and be able to accept any guests. Disgusting.

I'm speechless. After booking they asked me for a copy of the payment card and a copy of the identity document to accept the reservation and without any other request and no other communication on May 6 last I go to the property. Incredibly I am rejected because there is no booking in my name. Having no other alternative I try to insist by showing the email sent and the email received that told me that to accept the booking I had to send the documents above (as I then regularly did). Result? 0 the room is not there and at my insistence I am proposed a double at 300,00 € that is triple the booked one. I had to spend the night at the station. That sucks!!! Not recommended P.S.: the 100,00 € they charged them even if still in the works .I just hope not to act even legally

Room of 10 square meters... Dirty and very small bathroom with excessive noise... useless windows that you heard all the way, heating in November 0... defined hotel?! You have to be controlled or sanctioned because in the heart of Milan such a thing is pure shame...
