Hotel Le Querce

Four floors without elevator, light bulbs electrocuted, hair around the room and even between the sheets, luggage storage and air conditioning for a fee (cash only!), narrow and cramped shower, breakfast little varied and with prepackaged products, television with most channels not working. Positive the quiet and served area.

Nothing apt about this hotel: old-fashioned rooms, lies about the number of floors (4 and not two), no elevator, an uninteresting neighborhood, paid air conditioning (price multiplied by two on site and in contrast to the information provided at the time of booking), a laundry soap for washing dishes. Request cash payment?!) for tourist taxes, a totally industrial and almost inedible breakfast (why offer it in this case?). No seasonal fruit, no fresh juice, no industrial pastries. But the beauty is the hospitality and versatility of the staff, a detestable girl with an arrogance rarely found in a hotel setting that is supposed to be about hospitality. You know. Move on. Rooms without charm, ordinary breakfast, regrettable reception. In short, in Milan there are hundreds of facilities much more welcoming and professional than this small hotel that, I think, with such behavior, risks closing its doors rather quickly. And for good reason: when you lack service, you compensate with kindness, helpfulness and hospitality. To be avoided at all costs.

As soon as I entered I immediately smelled a strange ,mould or dampness I did not know if it was the dog sitting in the lobby or anything. Honestly with the price paid I thought better service. Room very disappointing aspirator to the bathroom that made noise, water shower or burning or too cold, TV nn working and then the thing that bothers most that they want payment right away. Great location for the stadium .. but cmq very disappointed
