The single room is really very dated, but at least the cleanliness is good. Breakfast is on the edge of a four-star experience. The staff is kind and welcoming.

4-star hotel, and I must say that the common areas are very well maintained. The lobby is very beautiful, and the breakfast room is also very nice. The outdoor space for breakfast is very beautiful and picturesque in the courtyard surrounded by greenery. The hotel is very quiet, and the area is very well connected. However, the rooms should be improved. Yes, they are large, but the furniture is old and needs to be replaced and updated. A bit outdated. The staff is very kind and helpful; the breakfast girls, Sara and Fabiola, are top-notch!!! Always smiling and attentive to the customers. The breakfast is very rich and delicious.

Air conditioning that they claim works, but during a heat alert, we were sweating in the room. We insisted twice that it was not working. On the third time, they literally told us, 'you can open the window' with 29 degrees at 2 AM... The cleaning leaves much to be desired; the room was indeed very clean, but the common areas, especially the hallways, were super dusty. The carpets on the floor were dirty. For being a four-star hotel and not one of the budget options, it was deplorable.
