Excellent service. The girls at the reception were very kind and very helpful. Excellent breakfast; the rooms were a bit small for 3, but cozy and clean. I asked for chia seeds to soak for the next day and they were very kind and helpful. We asked for a double pillow and to lower the room temperature, and, in all this, they reconfirmed their kindness and helpfulness. I recommend it.

A perfect vacation for the whole family! The hotel is child-friendly while maintaining style and comfort. The staff was always available and welcoming. The facility is clean and well-organized. Conveniently located for reaching Malpensa Airport and the center of Oleggio. Highly recommended for those traveling with children!
