Booking reservation for a 4-night stay. The room absolutely does not match the photos displayed on the site. This room located on the top floor gives off a strong smell of dampness and the shower water has trouble draining. Black marks are visible on the bedroom walls. Electrical wires from the light fixture are visible from the shower, which represents a danger. The toilet flush mechanism is damaged. Missing trim between the tile and the door frame. Soundproofing is nonexistent; you can hear every little noise and all the doors slamming. Positive point: good quality bedding the

Terrifying experience, in the past I had already been here but found a completely different environment: they offered quality wine on arrival in a glass glass glass glass glass while this time brut poor; I had asked not to be disturbed and the waitress knocked loudly on the door waking me up in the middle of the afternoon 2 hours after occupying the room and when I asked what she wanted she said just check. But the worst part is tonight: other customers are screaming and I sent messages to the Hotel but nobody is answering. It is no man's land whereas before it was an elegant and respectable place. Never again.

The worst experience of my life, because I arrived at 12 o’clock the night since it rained a lot in milan was not easy to arrive, and when I arrived everything was closed, no one ever contacted me to leave me a key and called at least 50 times and no one answered , I wanted to sleep in the hallway, the next day when the person arrived I did not even pass the piece that had already paid only a bath for the use of the workers.
