Hotel San Siro Fiera

Disastrous experience with the Hotel San Siro Fiera. I made a reservation by mistake and contacted the hotel the same day, immediately after realizing my error, to request a cancellation and refund. Despite this, they categorically refused to refund me. No gesture of goodwill, no understanding, no willingness to find an amicable solution. I should point out that my cancellation request was made on the same day as the reservation: it was not a last-minute cancellation after having occupied a room or received any service. I understand that there are pricing and contractual conditions, but there's a difference between applying conditions and showing a minimum of understanding towards a customer who immediately points out an error. Personally, I felt trapped. When you make a mistake and report it immediately, you could reasonably expect a minimum of flexibility. Here: nothing. ⚠️ WARNING TO FUTURE GUESTS: Check every detail before paying and carefully read the cancellation policy. Do not assume that an error reported immediately will be corrected or that you will receive an exceptional refund. This experience has completely destroyed my trust in this establishment. Personally, I will never book with this hotel again and I absolutely cannot recommend it.
