.....a potion for travelers, excellent..... .....staff, helpful and approachable..... .....now let's start with the negative aspects..... - Too much carpet, dirty and smelly, including the rooms. - Bathrooms often ridiculous, with minimal equipment or curtains instead of shower stalls. - Cooling that works at will in some rooms. - Ridiculous breakfast, only sweet pastries and nothing savory (an international breakfast is the minimum). - Given the service, the price is too high. "I BELIEVE THAT RENOVATING THE STRUCTURE LITTLE BY LITTLE IS THE MINIMUM."

I wrote hotel management thrice and have no response whatsoever with regards to a refund as it was advised by their reception that for me to e-mail management to receive my full refund as they are unable to refund me themselves. I paid in full upon check-in including tax for 2 people even if it was only me who completed the check-in (partner was arriving late due to work travel). The first room that was assigned to me had the window wide open with flies flying around the room. I immediately went down to reception to request for a room change which they kindly obliged. It was subpar to say the least. The place was dark and dirty, the carpets were visibly stained all over, pillows were flat, room was warm and lacked basic amenities such as an iron for guests to use. I immediately informed reception that I was checking out as it was unacceptable to stay even for a 3-star hotel considering the price that I paid for a night (~150.00 Euros). If you are planning to have an enjoyable weekend in Milan and need a place to prepare for the night and have a comfortable rest or you are intending to literally transit via Milan and just need a bed that is near the station you are better off booking elsewhere with a more reasonable price point. In addition, I don't remember seeing any facilities such as a ramp at the hotel entrance nor getting to the lifts that would be helpful for those having accessibility needs or even those carrying heavy luggages.

A very basic hotel within a few blocks of the train station..walk through so you won't have to walk in the dark car tunnell. Room was clean but very minmal for conveniences: charging ports, soap, towels. Not inexpensive either. No TV access in English..the concierge said there were some channels but he didn't know how to access them!! Breakfast was extra and also minimalist!!
