Hotel Trentina

Arrived at 7pm, young porter (at night?) unhelpful to the limits of rudeness. He gave me the room key (1st floor without elevator). He wanted to be paid immediately -140 € stolen- and I imagine why: if I had gone to the room I would have run away immediately. Peeled and creaking doors, missing power outlets, one removed (there is an empty hole). Wifi and TV not working. Bed not set. Soaked windows. Used soap bar. Heating absent. Shabby breakfast room. There is no hall or anything like it. Absolutely to avoid.

I give them -0 and if there is even less I will do zero Service .. the one at the reception responds badly as if we were taking a tip from him does not want to work always on the phone sends messages and does not even want to look at himself talking to him for the problems in the room sticks them in the face the handset .. I do not recommend it to anyone I hope they take them off booking and all social and closes or sells because it really is a shame for a hotel so in Milan sorry be careful not fooled with the price

Last Oct 7 -12, 2024 for CPHI Milan. I am totally miserable in this hotel. The room has a sting odor like very old wood. The toilet and the posset is very old ''like'' from more than 50 years old. The blankets are YukiE!!!! there is a small holes the fabric is itchy. No free water the breakfast is like the same ALL DAY... boiled egg until supply last, Breakfast every day are croissant bread, juice, cereals, salami , boiled egg, cheese. The bread looks like until 3 days. The water is unpleasant the receptionist is arrogant. the towels are Yukie EWWW.... it's not color white is color grey no wonder they don't change it for many years. If you will stay is this hotel better look for other hotels that might be cheap compare to this hotel and you have peace of mind.
