problems with transfer from airport o hotel both in in the evening and early in the morning. HIGH COSTS for transfer. no bottle of water in the room. to be paid for 2.5 eur at the automatic beverage dispenser. Staff not so polite and available.

I want to share with you the experience I had at the Ibis Milano Malpensa. We were guests at this hotel where the kindness of all the staff is something exceptional... spotless rooms, impeccable breakfast, and all the receptionists were extraordinarily accommodating... especially thanks to Matteo who fulfilled our requests.
