Not great. Nice place but crappy internet and lousy airport shuttle service--very disappointing. Do not recommend for those reasons and will likely not repeat.

We stayed in room 355. Room full of dust and cobwebs. Blackout curtains that do not block out light. There are also problems in the bathroom. It is blind, but the exhaust fan is broken. The shower drain is clogged, and we almost flooded the bathroom; the shower "phone" leaks everywhere and makes strange noises (flexing), the doors close poorly, and the towels are torn. The buffet breakfast rated from 1 to 5 is a 3 because the staff was a bit disorganized, and the beverage dispensers were not refilled promptly, as were the dishes.

A hotel that gave us the impression it only stands thanks to some events happening at the San Siro stadium. An indescribable room where we found little attention to cleanliness and connecting doors within the room, reminiscent of a horror movie. I strongly advise against this hotel for everyone, not to mention the unclear shuttle service, where the staff dares to propose the first ride clearly for a fee. Upon arrival, we were given a ticket with the explicit recommendation to keep it with the utmost care, as it would be necessary to use the shuttle for free on the return, thus only paying for the outbound trip. So far, everything is clear. The problem arose later when the staff completely changed their attitude, going from friendly and helpful to decidedly rude and unprofessional. Instead of providing clear and respectful explanations, we were treated with condescension, as if we were incapable of understanding information that had been communicated in a somewhat opaque manner. The impression was that the service was more interested in collecting additional fees than in assisting the customer. Some behaviors even suggested that if we were not willing to pay the requested amount, we should simply step aside. A behavior that I consider unacceptable for an establishment that should make hospitality and customer care its strengths. The final feeling was that of an incorrect and unprofessional method, which unfortunately compromised an experience that could have been positive. At the time of our return, needing some information, we approached the staff again. Instead of receiving courteous and professional clarifications, we were once again told that we probably did not understand what had been explained to us. A disrespectful statement, especially considering that we were simply asking for confirmation of what had been communicated to us at the beginning. Moreover, the person responding was not the same one who had organized the service on the way out, but another staff member who seemed to have a ready-made and pre-packaged response, as if the situation was already known and routinely handled. This reinforced the feeling that it was not a simple misunderstanding, but rather a management style. In conclusion, unfortunately, I find myself rejecting this establishment on several aspects: hospitality, quality of services, and room accommodation. When choosing a hotel, one looks for professionalism, transparency, and comfort; in this case, none of these elements lived up to expectations.
