Milan Marriott

Hello, My name is Ms. Maamer and I recently stayed in Milan, Italy, at the Marriott Washington hotel. I wanted to let you know that I had a very unpleasant experience and it's unacceptable: So, my phone was stolen, and it was really strange because after the housekeeping staff had left, I saw it on my bedside table. That same afternoon, I went back to my room, but unfortunately, I couldn't find it. I went down to the concierge desk and filed a report. Two security guards came with me to look for my phone again. But it was no use; unfortunately, we didn't find it. I went to the police station, but it was a Sunday, so there was no one there. Afterwards, I returned to the hotel and, as if by magic, it was on my bed. I'm sure someone stole it and then came into my room and put it back because I saw a security guard who was right next to my room, and that same person heard me talking about the police. This is very, very serious. My day and my stay in Milan have been ruined by people breaking into my room in a hotel like yours. I am extremely disappointed and I demand an explanation. The first reception lady was so nice on check in , but the second receptionist had No respect, very bad attitude, please avoid

Every staff member at the property was absolutely delightful - reception was quick and easy, the bar staff were gentlemen and the restaurant staff were fabulous, very kind and attentive. Esha in reception was exceptional, very professional and courteous.
