Navigli Aparthotel

I've been traveling for 20 years for work but I've never had an experience like this. If you ever feel completely abandoned this is the place. I booked a night on May 14. At check-in the room was not available, I had to wait a while but it can fit. The room was OK! In the evening the reception was closed long before 22.00 and surprised even in the morning until 9.30, without any warning, when I left without being able to check out. I have called the mobile and landline of the structure countless times without ever receiving any answer. I asked for the invoice by email but it arrived wrong and not tax... I think this time it was worth two, the first and the last.

We enjoyed it! Very nice Hotel, nice rooms, no noise from outside, everything you need you can find in the small kitchen. WiFi is also very good. Very lovely and helpful staff. We only would add a small shelf at the wall in the shower, so you wouldn’t need to put the shampoo on the floor ❤️ The location is close to the Duomo (20 min by foot) and various restaurants + a supermarket are just around the corner. Also metro and train are close to the hotel.

- I stayed at this property on a business trip for 2 weeks. It was an amazing experience and a memorable stay. - Reception: ✓ When I arrived, owner Mr. Marco , was already at the reception and welcomed me with a beautiful smile. ✓ Mr. Marco is a real gentleman, very humble, down to earth, and very helpful person. It was amazing experience to meet him in person. ✓ Before finalizing the property for my stay, I sent several questions and inquiries over the mail, and Mr.Marco was very prompt in responding. ✓ credit card payments are accepted at the property. ✓ Mr. Marco, gives you a very special attention to guide you about the places around the property and about the milan city. ✓ Mr. Marco the host of the property is very polite and treats you very well with respect as a guest at his own home. He takes care that your stay is comfortable. He speaks English very well. - Location: ✓Property is near to central location of milan. ✓15 mins walk to Duomo - milan cathedral - the biggest in Italy ✓ 5 mins walk to Navigli canal, which is a very pleasnt and lively place to visit in the evening ✓ 2 mins walk to Carrefour express supermarker which is open until midnight ✓ 5 mins walk to tram stop ✓ 10 mins walk to train station. ✓ 5 mins walk to metro station Pta. Genova ✓ Lots of restaurants near the property on the street of Carrefour express & Navigli canal which are open until late. ✓ Many good churches and parks nearby the property ✓ Central markets and malls 15 mins walk. - Property: ✓ I stayed in a studio apartment. It was big enough to accomodate 2 persons ✓ Queen size bed. It was comfortable. ✓ Big windows in the room, so it was airy and with lots of light. Big curtains were provided, so as soon you close the curtains, it was dark for a good sleep. ✓ Daily cleaning of the apartment included ✓ Daily complimentary breakfast included ✓ Neat and clean room and bathroom. ✓ I requested for a peaceful room, and the owner Mr.Marco genuinely fulfilled the request. It was a very peaceful room, with no noise from outside. ✓ WiFi was available free of cost. And it was working good in the room with browsable speed. ✓ Air Condition in the room ✓ TV in the room, but I found most channels were in italian language ✓ Owner , Mr.Marco, arranged for Iron & Iron board , napkins, new dish washing soap and brush as well on request ✓ The building is like a residential complex, with few flats being used as service apartments. ✓ Within the same building on the ground floor, its a different service apartment, I recall the name as aramis. Navigli aparthotel is on the first floor. ✓ Property is neat and clean overall. The bathrooms are very neat and clean, 24 hours hot water, soap and toiletries are replenished everyday free of cost. ✓ Towels are provided which I think are changed after every 2 days what I remember. ✓ The property is renovated recently I think. It was nice. ✓ The owner would provide you with a token for daily breakfast, you would need to show at the restaurant ✓ Kitchen and basic utensils were provided for cooking. Tea maker kettle was also. available. - Breakfast: ✓ Breakfast is served from 7 am to 11 am on weekdays and i think from 8 am on weekends. ✓ Breakfast is served in a restaurant just adjacent to the aparthotel Navigli building. ✓ The owner of the restaurant is very helpful and friendly, speaks English very well. ✓ Breakfast included the coffee, fresh orange juice, yoghurt, boiled eggs, coffee, croissant. It was very good. Overall : It was a great experience and a wonderful stay. Thanks Mr. Marco , for making the stay memorable. I recommend this property if someone is looking for a service apartment.
