Neo Hotel Milano

4 star summed up perfect- Great hotel but has a few small issues. First of the pros- WiFi in the hotel was great, staff are amazing speaking different languages perfectly. Staff were some of the most helpful I have met, and the bartender the evening we went to the lobby bar was 10/10- doing everything and more for us. Rooms were good, they were clean, aircon was good, had most usual amenities that most hotels have. Only issues are as others mention, the shower leaks onto the floor almost all the time as there is no physical door or curtain, And also some of the areas around the shower and floor/wall joints were going off coloured and could probably do with some fresh silicon/ sealant around the room. However everything else was great, tea was provided, and there is a charged mini bar if wanted.

Comfort and hospitality, cleanliness and kindness; adequate level of dining. Convenient parking and road access. The Japanese-style bathroom is incomprehensible and impractical; in fact, it never "started." Recommended, even though the terrifying ethnic-style music selection in the lobby lounge area was hard to stomach.

excellent hotel with many services including parking, wifi, gym, and very kind staff. The restaurant is a bit expensive like all hotel restaurants, but the cuisine is very refined, exquisite, and with top-notch staff. A special thanks to Davide, a kind, polite young man who is always attentive to the customer's needs.
