This is not the first time I have stayed at this facility, but this time it went rather poorly: first of all, my room had a strong smell of smoke: acrid, unpleasant. Very bad. Unmanageable air conditioning, windows need to be replaced. In the morning I take a shower and the shower gel dispenser was empty. Breakfast was too basic and of questionable quality. Staff was helpful, covered parking was 12 euros per day.

I stayed here for one night; the hotel is old, and the employees do not say either good morning or good evening. I went for breakfast at 9:45, and the lady looked at me very badly; the reception was terrible…

The only positive note of the experience is the reception staff. They are disarmingly kind and resilient in the face of the countless inefficiencies of the facility and the resulting complaints from customers. The facility is old, dirty, and smelly. There are insects on the carpet, and the cleanliness of the rooms is poor. Being an NH facility, which generally is synonymous with reliability, I would have never expected such a situation in my life. As a company, we booked 6 rooms, and they were all of the same poor and old quality level.
