Reception staff normally welcoming. The room unfortunately was not clean, dust on the headboard and on the television: however, not just one day's worth of dust, a sign that they had not been cleaned for a long time. The same inside the closet on a high shelf, a lot of dust. Decidedly negative for a 4-star hotel. In the bathroom, there were hairs on both the sink and in the bidet. The bidet had neither a dispenser within reach nor a small bottle of soap: how are you supposed to clean yourself? The bathroom door is swollen from humidity and closes poorly. Bed and pillows were comfortable. In the morning, breakfast is from 7 to 10, even on Saturday morning, the day we were there. We showed up at 9:45 and were immediately told that it closes in 15 minutes. And indeed, at 10:00 they started going around to the tables to "invite" people to leave: something I have never seen before!! It is one thing to close access to the room and another to send away people (all tourists...) who are eating. In an instant they emptied the buffet and, another incredible thing, they even took away the water pitchers!!! A lady had to chase after the waitresses to get a glass of water. Unacceptable!!

The staff in this hotel are amazing,and so helpful. Nothing was a problem. The reception staff, bar and restaurant staff and those who take care of the rooms. Mateo was trying to book an early morning transfer and when he went off duty he ensured to pass on the request to his colleagues The train is close by and a shopping mall with lots of restaurants Definitely recommend this hotel

I booked at the last minute because I was exhausted from a long trip and did not feel like driving home. The hotel's sponsorship was present in the search for another city, and I booked by mistake. I promptly called the facility to explain the situation, but despite holding on, no one answered me. So I wrote a message requesting a free cancellation. Of course, I did not use the accommodation; this review is solely about the service. They charged me the full amount without even responding. I did not receive any communication from the facility. Terrible!
