Stayed hot July night. The room had air conditioning which was much needed. The hotel is in an amazing location with many shops and restaurants around as well as being super close to the Duomo Milan. Staff were friendly and spoke good English and called me a taxi in the morning to take me to the train station. I believe the reception is manned 24 hrs a day. The room itself was small, clean and comfortable and I had no problems at all really. The price was cheaper than most rooms in Milan and this place would be good for a few days stay, probably not the place to book for a week or so. I’d book to stay here again for short visits to Milan for sure.

At check-out, we were charged 26 euros as a city tax. We were told this is required by the government, but this information was not clearly mentioned during booking. It would be better if this cost was transparently stated in advance

The Hotel is at a prime location just behind the Duomo. Close proximity to the metro all the shopping areas and lots and lots of restaurants around. The room is a little small and there are mosquitoes at times. But overall a great hotel and I would defi consider staying there again. Its a budget kind of hotel so dont expect ultra luxury. No breakfast option. Water Bottles are chargeable. The reception staff is wonderful and very helpful. Speak decent english. rooms are AC which is great. NO Elevator so if you are having a Large Size Suitcase be careful. Housekeeping staff is also nice.
