Hotel to avoid, They offer check-in only until 8 PM. And if you are a few minutes late, no matter how much you call them, they cannot arrange to welcome you. As a result: you are outside for the night.. A check-in that stops at 8 PM is not a suitable practice for a hotel.

We had a lovely stay for a fair price but please note, the email says you can check in until 11 pm, this is NOT TRUE. They will NOT allow ANY check in after 8 pm. We had to find a last-minute option for our first night because we flew in late and took the train in.

I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel in Milan due to their extremely strict check-in policy. Arriving after 8 PM meant we were simply not allowed to enter or check in at all. While waiting outside the door, there were two other groups of friends in the exact same situation. What made it worse was that nobody took responsibility or tried to offer a solution. No alternative arrangements, no assistance — customers were basically left on the street. Travelers can easily face delays, and leaving guests outside with no support is unacceptable. I would strongly recommend making the check-in rules very clear before booking, or choosing another place to stay.
