Lovely hotel, great location. Front desk staff very helpful and sweet, restaurant staff were lovely and the kitchen (organized by the front desk) made us breakfast bags to take away when we left before breakfast time. Short walk to a couple of metro stations, very easy to get to from Milano Centrale.

I want to thank Peyman Kafshdoozha who was on reception duty while I stayed at the Santa Marta Suites for the exceptional customer service he gave me. I was compromised with a hip injury and he organised my departure and help with luggage in such a generous and thoughtful way. His knowledge of the city is thorough and he is open and personable and can communicate in many languages. He is a great asset to the hotel.

We stayed there as a family in a Suite! The room was extremely noisy because of the crowded street night. The room was enogh big but poor quality. The beds were not comfortable. We stayed bes and breakfast but the breakfast was terrible. They served chese toast as breakfast! We have been in Milan twice a year since last 10 years and it is the worst hotel we stayed ever.
