Charming hotel, great location and extremely friendly staff. Its the perfect location within 3 mins walking distance to the Duomo, definitely going to stay here again.

The staff does construction work in the hotel starting at 8 a.m. and the front desk tells you that normally at that time we should be having breakfast and leaving. I won't even mention the air conditioning; it doesn't work. It must be easy to find better; worse in a 5-star hotel, I don't think so.
