After a disastrous start at the sister property, UNA Maison Milano, where we encountered unacceptable cleanliness issues and heavily stained carpets, we were transferred to UNAHOTELS Cusani Milan. The difference was night and day.
From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. A special, heartfelt thank you goes to Alberto, who was an absolute lifesaver. He didn’t just find us a wonderful, pristine room; he went above and beyond by coordinating our second night as well. Because of his initiative, we avoided the headache of heading back to the original hotel to argue for refunds or scrambling to find new accommodations.
Alberto made sure we felt genuinely comfortable and welcome throughout our entire stay. He checked in on us frequently and was even there to see us off as we checked out.
