Upon our arrival, we found a little surprise: we had booked a double room, but instead, they gave us a triple room, which was very spacious and very clean! The bathroom is quite large and very clean, with a courtesy set. Good location, a 10-minute walk from the metro. Good soundproofing. Recommendation: equip the rooms with kettles, etc.; they would be very appreciated. Only downsides: the old/antique furniture that resulted in some dust, etc. Nice to see, but perhaps it needs to be modernized a bit. Additionally, there was a small misunderstanding with the cleaning: we heard a knock and before we even had a chance to respond, the staff member entered while we were still in the room (check-out is by 12, while it was around 10) and then quickly left upon realizing that someone was still inside. These things can happen, and nothing serious occurred because we were indeed getting ready to leave, but... Anyway, recommended!

We stayed at this hotel for two nights and we really enjoyed it; the staff was kind and the environment was very clean. The rooms are truly spacious. I believe that breakfast is really the strong point of this hotel; there is something for everyone's taste, both sweet and savory, and even for those with some intolerances. The only downside is that the tables are a bit wobbly. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the metro station, but the hotel offers a free shuttle service from Monday to Friday, which it would be nice to extend to Saturday and Sunday as well. If I really have to find a flaw, the cleaning lady took away the towels, leaving them for only one person. However, if there are two guests, it would be fair to leave them. That said, if I were to return to Milan, I would definitely consider coming back to this hotel. We had a great time!

I often find myself coming to this hotel for work reasons… and I must commend both the organization of how they arrange the conferences and the cleanliness of the rooms and the quality.... It is always a pleasure to come to you.
