Piantelle Camping

We were there for the third time. Actually great as always. Except for the situation where our daughters wanted to pay us a short visit for 2 hours with their friends and go for a quick swim in the lake. They were only to be allowed entry to the campsite if they paid an entrance fee of €15 per person. For this, they would have to hand over their ID at the reception to be copied. Otherwise, they would call the police. All this even though our name was provided and I even came over. That made us very, very angry and I then refused to pay these entry fees. It was only supposed to be a short visit, without any of the facilities being used. Besides, we had already paid for a mobile home with 6 beds anyway. Where is the problem?

It is a nice spacious campsite. We had an XXL pitch with lots of shade. Sanitary is very clean, the restaurant is very good! A special mention should be made of the swimming pool, this is under the inspiring direction of Alessio, the very friendly and service-oriented salvataggio!

Good restaurant, unpretentious, long wait being Saturday night. Wonderful view and temperature.
