We booked a room with private parking and charger for EV. The charger dit not work. The room was more expensive because of the charger. We only booked this room because of the charger. The solution offered was charging in a nearby chopping center. Discount for the room was not possible. Poor service.

Right by the highway, close to the Swiss border. Rooms are tidy and clean. Restaurant is relatively small, but good and has acceptable prices. Large free parking lot. Bennet supermarket is across the street, a Carrefour supermarket with a gas station in the immediate vicinity, otherwise commercial area. The sink in the bathroom is quite high and in the restaurant you sit quite low on the chairs. Breakfast with a lot of selection, but the quality is better in other hotels.

We stay at this hotel every year and the pleasure remains unchanged. The staff: Absolutely perfect and very helpful. You immediately feel taken care of with a smile. The cleanliness: Nothing to complain about, the room was really very clean and impeccable. The atmosphere: From the moment you arrive, the entrance and the bar offer a warm and particularly welcoming setting. It is the ideal place to relax at the end of the day. The big strong point: The location is ideal, just 10 minutes from Como. We recommend it with our eyes closed and we will return next year, as always!
