Got BED BUGS from Arooms hotel in Bergamo, many bite marks on body. Very very bad experience. It is not pleasant to pick up keys from other place, far away from hotel. Service is not good. I hope I had not stayed in Arooms

The very worst service of all times. Booked a one night at Bergamo, but due to my flight being delayed I had a hard time making it for the late check in. The personnel were not very flexible and rather rude in their way of communicating. I had to book another hotel for the night. The following day I see that they have taken payment for both the stay AND the late check in, even though neither occurred. The hotel bill might to some extend be understandable but the late check in is robbery. Don’t go here!

This place is scamming customers and has the worst customer ”service” ever. On our arrival day they informed us that we can’t stay there but still they charged us full price + extra fees without me being aware of it (noticed that later when I checked my online bank)! DON’T EVER GO TO AROOMS!
