B&B Santa Lucia

We were passing through and stopped for one night at this B&B to visit Bergamo. Pleasant room, even if the bathroom is very old; the cleanliness is excellent, nothing to complain about. My review is not positive because I do not find 125 euros per night (with parking space and dog) adequate for the type of room and especially for the breakfast without any fresh products and without staff (all self-service). Loose snacks and Mulino Bianco cakes, cookies in a jar. Air conditioning present in the rooms but not in the breakfast room. Only the location is good. Beautiful Art Nouveau building —————— Review update I would like to clarify that I did not book through Booking but directly with the owner over the phone, and the young woman collected my 125 euros IN CASH (as we were requested) even before we saw the room! Furthermore, I would like to inform you that in Italy there are thousands of B&Bs where breakfasts are exceptional with fresh products and perhaps even freshly baked cakes (obviously we did not expect that much), but being served Mulino Bianco breakfast or perhaps other sub-brands (it is unknown since the snacks were loose without the original packaging, which I also believe is not legal) is a hard NO!

We stayed two nights at this B&B near the Humanitas clinic and we loved it, the location is very convenient, nearby there are many shops and restaurants. The room was spacious and very clean as well as the bathroom. We also took advantage of the possibility to park the car (service that you pay separately but still and more convenient than the outdoor parking) The lady who welcomed us was very kind and helpful.

Everything perfect in every respect: new structure, clean rooms, beautiful and spacious. Extremely convenient location a few steps from the center of the lower city and just over a quarter of an hour walk from Bergamo Alta. Exceptional Service for attention and helpfulness of employees.
