We are a family that traveled in the north and we had to spend about 20 hours in the city until the flight. The place is clean and pleasant and when I picked up the key in the office they helped me order a taxi service to the airport (we were supposed to arrive at the airport at 3:00 am - in the city it is difficult to get a taxi,

I have always been a fan of Bella Italia and we loved the branch that was in Leicester city centre. I was so pleased when a new one opened on the outskirts of Leicester within walking distance of our house. We booked to celebrate a birthday and wedding anniversary with 2 friends. When we got there it was very busy and a lovely atmosphere. They had no record of our booking but found us a table. We ordered drinks and waited ages for them then two lots arrived! A bit like buses! We ordered then waited over an hour for our starters. How long can olives and bread take to prepare? We were told that they were short staffed in the kitchen. We then waited another hour for our mains. When the food arrived it was mediocre to say the least. We ordered 2 mocktails as they were buy one get one free. We were charged for 2 alcoholic cocktails on our final bill. We queried the bill and spoke to the manager about our disappointing experience. She took the starters off our bill but only after we suggested it. The serving staff are all very young and are doing their best that's why I've given 2 stars. They take the brunt of the understaffing in the kitchen. We were so disappointed as we thought it would be so handy for us and our family. Bella Italia please get your act together otherwise I don't feel you'll last long in this venue.

Arrived in bergamo a day early to catch a flight .I arrived a day early to to a very bad illness .After finding the pla ce no reception couldn't book in after reading small print find out I have to collect key elsewhere at 8 pm with 2 big cases suffering from sickness and stomach cramps this was impossible .So charged full price for a room I couldn't access .I tried ringing number on door straight through to voicemail .Don't think this is Hotel it's not .Go elsewhere.
