Weekend with our 7-month-old baby... hotel that did not meet our expectations. The two stars are thanks to the restaurant where the food is excellent and the staff is very kind, but the rest is very bad. FILTHY play area with dust, toys encrusted with dust, and even ants. Dirty rooms with dust that who knows how long it has been since they were carefully cleaned. Ball pit area with a smell of smoke. Reception and restaurant do not communicate. They even made us pay for the broth for our son despite him being a newborn and free, and us being on full board added after booking in person for our convenience, but not even proposed by the site (they only proposed breakfast or half board), Trip to go see the alpacas, luckily for us free, but for other children 10 euros each and it is not worth it at all... it should last 2 hours instead it lasted 1 hour stretched. A pity because the hotel has potential, especially the restaurant.

Excellent experience, kind and prepared staff, excellent entertainment for the kids by the two entertainers, highly recommended! Francesco

Family vacation and a hotel we already knew. We are coming back for the Excellent facility and the fantastic pool that our son loves. But the real strength of the facility is the entertainer Monica! One of a kind: she loves her job, is wonderful with children, and is always cheerful! Impossible to forget! We would return even just for her! ❤️
