I had already been to this Hotel,
I also had the App which usually serves to build customer loyalty and not the opposite
I choose a \"Superior\" room paying more for it
I won't add more, I'll let the photos speak for themselves.
(incidentally, the cleanliness of the room is not the cause of the room's condition, if anything it depends on whoever needs to get off their butt from the reception every now and then and inspect the rooms).
the water dispensers on the floors with water on the floor with the risk that someone might fall ..... I could go on... what does the assigned staff do for 8 hours??
