The place was filthy, mattresses all stained and with possibly bedbugs on them. We left as soon as we checked the room. Host was not co-operating claiming that this is "our problem", not his and laughed at our request for refund. Would NOT recommend. The area was also very shady. Don't go there!

Where to Start...... For the price was expecting a fairly modern room. Cobwebs in corners, very old worn sheets, old pillows,Dirty net curtains,no sinkplug,,old towels. Basically" NO LOVE" Would not take much money to update and keep on top of. Checkin for me was easy,as this is a self check in....communication beforehand posted on booking site. Owner was pleasant, and attentive. Breakfast is Just a coffee + a cake in nearby cafe....again pleasant enough. Good area around near to shops etc. I felt safe.

We really liked it. A simple place but enough. They served us with very kindness and the perfect location. Besides Bergamo was a total discovery.
