Terrible experience and absolutely unacceptable management. I called the hotel to confirm the availability of a room, and I was assured over the phone that the room was available. At their request, I sent the confirmation email, convinced that the reservation was now finalized.
Shortly after, I contacted the establishment again to ensure that the email had been received, and I was told that the room "was no longer available." An extremely unprofessional and incorrect behavior, demonstrating a total lack of organization and respect for customers.
If you are unable to manage reservations properly, avoid giving phone confirmations that are later contradicted shortly after. I wasted time unnecessarily and found myself without accommodation due to their carelessness.
A truly negative experience. I would not trust this establishment again and would not recommend it to anyone.
