Falck Village Hotel

Very beautiful, very modern hotel, very kind and competent staff; we booked this hotel with the package purchased on the Leolandia website for one night. We arrived in the morning at about 10:30 just to leave our suitcases, where the staff very kindly took them and had them waiting for us in the room in the evening when we returned. On Saturday evening at 11:30 PM after the evening closing of Leolandia, we were given the key. Once we entered the room (basic room for 3 people) we found a problem with some insects. The staff kindly assigned us another room immediately, definitely of a higher standard, a quadruple room, in two rooms, including two full bathrooms, one with a shower stall and one with a bathtub. A television per room, two double beds, one of which is a sofa bed. We were definitely comfortable. Personally, a room of equal comfort as booked would have been enough for me; the important thing was to solve the problem. So as far as I am concerned, they were much more than professional in offering us a higher-level room without price increases; furthermore, they did not even make me pay for the covered parking that I had personally asked to use before entering the room and encountering the problem with the insects, aware of the additional cost. Conclusions: if you go to this hotel, you will certainly be treated with kid gloves. Highly recommended.
