A wonderful hotel this one! Very new and luxurious. Everything about the hotel is nice. No complaints what so ever. The spa area was the best one I’ve ever been to….and I’ve been to a few! Basically had it to myself while staying three nights at the hotel. Breakfast was lovely with a fairly decent selection. Room was quiet and nicely presented. The pool was lovely too. Nice loungers around the pool. The staff also mostly lovely. Thanks Nadia for being especially nice and helpful 😎

We had booked 4 nights and enjoyed our stay very much. Great location, parking at the hotel, nice reception, beautiful, spacious and clean rooms with a dreamlike view. The breakfast was good by Italian standards; especially worth mentioning is the super friendly employee Anna, who ensured a great start to the day with her lovely manner. The only reason for a point deduction is the location of our room, as we were woken up every morning at 7:00 AM by the chairs being moved for breakfast. So, try not to stay in room 102 if possible.

We had a fantastic 5-day stay at this wonderful hotel down at the waterfront in southern Sirmione. The staff were so lovely and friendly, making our stay truly memorable. When checking in we were asked what we were going to see, and the female concierge kindly showed us what to check out, and gave us local recommendations. Really a great first impression with such customer service. And add to that, that our room was also ready for early check-in (we arrived at 12:00). The hotel is based on the waterfront, with a great view of Lake Garda. The hotel also has its own private part of the beach, where there is sunbeds and a small 20 meter long wooden boat bridge from where you can jump into the water. The rooms were spacious (we stayed in the Junior Suite) and modern. There is free parking outside the hotel (gated), with a first-come-first-serve basis, which was very nice. You can also park at their parking basement for a daily fee. Breakfast was nice, and the pool area was awesome - quiet, peaceful, and with plenty of sunbeds. With around 40 rooms, the hotel is a perfect size and it never felt crowded. The hotel restaurant was also quite good, attracting outside guests as well, which is always a good sign. I tried both the lasagna, the steak course and the white chocolate dessert (an in-house speciality) - all of which were excellent. The hotel is practically brand new (completed in 2025) and it shows. The style is modern, and there are all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The gym was also OK, and got in a little workout while staying there. The rooms were clean, the facilities were well maintained, and generally the place has the feeling of being very well run by its owners. We will definitely be back next year, most likely in the spring, so we can enjoy the spa a little more. I wish the owners and the staff all the best! They have created one of the best properties in the southern Garda region. Highly recommended. Thank you for a wonderful stay! A presto :)
