There were many aspects that made this holiday special, but entertainment was undoubtedly one of​The best. Every day offered various activities, always organized with enthusiasm and without ever being intrusive. In the evening, the shows were fun, original and carefully prepared, and they successfully engaged the audience and caused plenty of laughter. A special praise goes to Daniel, Michele, Alfonso and Siria, who really left a lasting impression with their kindness, energy and ability to make everyone feel comfortable. Each contributed to creating a cheerful and welcoming atmosphere that made each guest feel like part of the group. It is seen when someone does their work with passion, and they are proof of it. Congratulations to the entire team for making this experience even more beautiful and full of unforgettable memories!

A truly fantastic experience! The entertainment was engaging from start to finish, with fun and well-organised shows that entertained both adults and children. The entire staff exhibited enthusiasm, kindness and a genuine desire to entertain the guests, creating a cheerful and welcoming atmosphere. An honorable mention goes to Daniel and Michele, whose energy, professionalism and kindness really made a difference. I stayed at this resort for two months and had a very good experience. I stayed in the bungalow, which is a one-bedroom apartment furnished simply but functionally, with a very comfortable outdoor area. Quick check-in, and everyone at the reception was always kind and willing to solve any type of problem. The resort is very large and the green spaces are well-maintained. The pool area is very large and really well-kept, thanks to Umberto who knows how to do his job. The entertainment staff are all truly nice and talented, engaging but not pushy; the evening with the musical was a real treat. Security is always present to monitor entrances/exits. The lake view and the sunset are worth seeing. I only went to the restaurant a couple of times and everything is standard; the supermarket is expensive and has few products, but there are many supermarkets just outside the resort. It's a shame that this year there wasn't the snack bar in the garden near the lake with the lounge chairs. Overall I recommend it and I will return next year.
