Overall the stay was very satisfactory. The pool and spa facilities are really great, the breakfast is of high quality (slight disappointment regarding the evening dinner), the staff is really attentive.. However, I was cold during the night and they force you to sleep only with a sheet since no duvet was available in the closet. I therefore contact the night porter (not very friendly) who goes to get me a poor, low-end blanket. I tell him that what he is offering me is not acceptable in a hotel of this standing. He replies that that is all there is. So I had a very bad night. Even though the next day they finally managed to find me a real hotel duvet worthy of the name! This night porter is incompetent. But above all => it is not normal not to have access to a duvet in your room. As for the rooms, they are beautiful but too small. And the bedding is not comfortable. The bed is too hard. I had a massage twice by a really charming and friendly lady but honestly who does not have the level to give massages. Furthermore, it was too cold in the cabin which prevented me from relaxing completely. She had to add 2 towels for me to warm up, my feet were freezing. Some things need to be reviewed. But overall it is a very beautiful place. The cleanliness of the establishment is impeccable. The small flower garden is adorable and you really feel good in this hotel!!
