Hotel Serenella

Fabulous week staying at the Serenella, lovely family run hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Ample tasty choice for breakfast great location, 5 minutes walk into town with plenty of bars and restaurants. Ferry close by for trips around the Lake. Definitely recommend, we do plan a return trip.

I would thoroughly recommend this lovely, family run hotel to anyone. Away from the busy town but easy walking distance for evening meals and gelato. The entire experience was geared towards guests having an excellent holiday. The front of house team are very knowledgeable and helpful. Taxis booked (24 hours notice), vineyard visits recommended…. Nothing was too much trouble. The housekeeping team kept everywhere gleaming and the kitchen/ table team were so kind, attentive and efficient. Breakfast was delicious and no buffet scrum. Order what pleases you, can be different each day. All brought to your table. Dining under the olive trees was very special. I recommend the mini pancakes. On my birthday the lovely ladies presented me with a beautiful cake with candle. A good and varied lunch menu also and lovely local wines. Little on-site pool, fresh and welcoming. Jetty a couple of minutes away with very comfortable furniture, swimming and glorious views of the lake. I have only good things to say about the hotel Seranella and its team. A holiday to treasure and one we will repeat next year. Thank you all very, very much.

We recently spent three nights at Hotel Serenella, travelling with my mother-in-law, and had a wonderful experience. Our rooms were spotlessly clean, comfortably sized, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxed stay. For us, it offered excellent value for money. The light breakfast we chose every morning was delicious and plenty to start our day. What truly made our stay special was the hospitality. Sara and Patricia looked after us with genuine kindness, warmth, and helpfulness. Speaking with them, it was wonderful to see how much pride and personal care goes into running this family business. It was an absolute pleasure staying here, and I wanted to, I would leave a review to share how much we appreciated their hospitality. We would love to return and highly recommend Hotel Serenella to anyone visiting Sirmione!
