Stayed here for about a week, very lovely people working at the hotel and everyone is super helpful. Real family vibe going on. Room is on the smaller side but very clean and the hotel got great amenities, the dock is a big plus. Not advertised extremely well but great spot for dinner! Limited menu but extremely good, exactly what you’d expect from a pure Italian kitchen. 100% would come back.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful boutique style hotel by the lake. It has amazing lake views, and sunset views and is in an excellent location, right in the heart of the castle area with an abundance of bars and eateries to choose from. Carlos and all of the Visani family went above and beyond to ensure that we had the best possible time celebrating our 25th wedding Anniversary at their family run hotel. The welcome drink on arrival and the little welcome plant 🪴 in our room were sweet gestures that were appreciated. Our room (a side lake view room) room 2, was small but cosy with a little balcony. The bed was comfy, it was cleaned to perfection daily, and the bathroom had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved the freshly prepared breakfast buffet, especially the home baked pastries, freshly squeezed orange juice and fresh honey 🍯 straight from the honeycomb. With something for everyone, you won’t go hungry for a few hours. On our anniversary evening, Carlos set up a table with a beautiful view of the sunset. He was also more than happy for us to enjoy a bottle of Moët with dinner that we had bought with us from Duty free to toast our special occasion, providing us with an ice bucket and an excellent corkage service, making us feel extra special. Dinner was cooked to perfection and was served beautifully by a lovely young lady. We loved the relaxed, homely vibe that this hotel provided, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to our family and friends and we will most definitely return again some time in the future. Thank you to Carlos and all the Visani family for a memorable stay at your gorgeous hotel. We loved every minute 💕 Best Wishes, Karen and Lee Forsyth.

We stayed here for a week in June and had a wonderful experience. The Hotel is in the best location right in the centre of town on the lakeside which has a decking with sunbeds. There was a beautiful garden area to have breakfast or evening meals overlooking the lake. Dozens of little birds and ducks call this their home too. Every member of staff was truly genuine, very helpful and positive. The Hotel is absolutely spotless. The decor is very lovely and the fantastic owners have made it feel like a home from home. I would come back here in a heartbeat. 10/10
