Hotel Villa Edy is a gorgeous hotel with great rooms, spectacular views, and a beautiful pool and tennis court area. But what truly sets it apart is the staff, who were kinder than anywhere I've ever stayed. They put a smile on my face every morning and accommodated every one of our needs. One day we had to switch rooms because we extended a night, and that morning I woke up very ill. The team went above and beyond. They gave me yogurt (even though I missed breakfast), carried our bags, checked us into our new room as early as possible, expedited the cleaning, and made sure I was comfortable and cared for the whole time. It turned what could have been a stressful day into one where I felt genuinely looked after. We truly had one of the best nights of our lives here. My husband and I stayed up late with friends watching a thunderstorm roll over the area, sharing some Prosecco, and staff member Rhody took such wonderful care of us and made the night truly unforgettable. If you're staying in Tremezzo, I can't recommend Villa Edy enough. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so special!

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Edy. It’s set a little way up from the lake, so there is about a 10 min walk up to the hotel, if you don’t get a taxi from the boat drop off. but the views more than make up for it. The views over Lake Como are absolutely beautiful, especially from the bedrooms and balconies. We had the top left corner room with a front and side balcony. Sitting out and looking across the lake was one of our favourite parts of the stay. The hotel itself is comfortable, welcoming, and has all the facilities you need for a relaxing break. What really stood out for us, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating, and they made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Overall, we had a lovely experience and would definitely recommend Hotel Edy to anyone looking for a peaceful stay with stunning Lake Como views and genuinely warm hospitality. We would happily return.

A lovely, small, quiet hotel set on a hill behind the lake. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Rooms with lake view were nice and functional. Breakfast was continental style with a couple of egg options. There are no lunch/ dinner facilities at the hotel. As others have mentioned, the hotel is up a hill so if you have mobility issues, you will need a car. Uber doesn’t really exist and local cab companies are very limited and super expensive - €20 to go 5 minutes! Wish we’d known this before booking as it did impact our plans
