Wonderful 5-star hotel with one of the most beautiful thermal parks I have ever seen. Its strong point is precisely the thermal park, which is accessible for the entire duration of the stay. The location is truly evocative. The rooms are very beautiful and comfortable. All the beauty products from the spa are made available in the room. The breakfast buffet is rich and has a huge selection of both sweet and savory options. Dinner is served in a room with a beautiful and romantic atmosphere, and the dishes are very good and refined. Obviously, the cost is high but justified by the quality of both the hotel and the spa.

We spent a day with an overnight stay. The hotel is very beautiful and well-kept. The gardens with the spa path are a fairytale. Room 244 in the new part with a double window met our expectations. Breakfast with high-quality products. Negative note only for the aperitif, offered to us as hotel guests, with mediocre quality products and staff who were not very helpful or courteous.

we were a little disappointed by the reception for a 5 star hotel not even a bottle of courtesy water that is not paid. Very uncomfortable food service, the bar opens at 5 pm and you have to dress up to access it, what at the Terme extremely uncomfortable (it was not like this before we were there many times), very discounted room service dishes and restaurant: spaghetti with tomato, steak... For a five star we really saw better. And the answer at the Spa reception: ‘ah but there’s nothing for you before 5pm’, really rude. Very kind waiter of Hugo’s Bar that led me not to give a single star. Really poor service for a five star, little attention to the customer, we will not return. excellent spa as always a certainty
